    Wo Licht ist, gibt es hier viel Schatten

    Der Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Und die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut.

    Es fehlen in den beiden Bädern kleine Mülleimer für Damen Müll. Es fehlt eine zweite Dusche. Auf dem Balkon kann man nicht mit sechs Personen sitzen, ist einfach zu klein. Aber die größte Katastrophe ist die Parkplatz Situation. Es wird in der Beschreibung ein Parkhaus angebriesen. Dort drin gibt es drei parkbuchten die offen sind. Zwie davon sind mit Müll zugestellt. Und nur eine kann man benutzen. Die Anwohner Parken so, dass man die Parkplätze nicht alle verwenden kann. Der Weg hinter das Haus ist zum Teil mit Büschen zugewachsen, was die durchfährt extrem erschwert. Und was noch zu erwähnen ist, bei unserer Anreise war die Wohnung nicht richtig geputzt.

    Amplasarea si vederea au fost de nota 10. Curat, bine dotat, saltele mai mult decat confortabile. Bucatarie cu tot ce e necesar. Blocul are lift. E situat intr-o zona cu multa verdeata. La 500 metri e un devarcader de unde se poate lua șalupa catre insulele de pe lac.

    Nu inteleg de ce cheia trebuie sa o iau de la alta locatie. Nu am avut masina si m-a costat 15 euro taxiul doar pentru cheie, pentru ca eram cu multe bagaje si 2 copii. Aerul conditionat e mai mult decat necesar. Asta e un mare minus mai ales in zilele toride. Nu cred ca, costul cu aerul conditionat plus energia electrica consumata e un mare impediment. Mai ales ca acesta nu ar fi folosit 12 luni. Accesul putin cam greoi seara dupa 19 pentru ca taximetristii dorm sau nu vor sa vina in zona. Dar ne-am descurcat mergand pe jos.

    Gute Lage und Aussicht. Schöner Urlaub.

    Die Lage mit Blick auf den Largo Maggiore war perfekt. Der Anbieter/Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat bei Wünschen sofort agiert. Die Küchenausstattung war umfangreich.

    Das zweite Bad hatte leider keine Dusche oder Badewanne. Um zu Fuß nach Stresa zu kommen, mußten wir ca. 10 Minuten direkt an der Straße laufen (kein Fußweg). Ein Toaster wäre hilfreich. Zum Radfahren ist die Gegend nicht geeignet. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten.
