  Although we were late there was still someone there to meet us and show us to the apartment. The apartment is in a lovely urbanisation with excellent grounds and pools. The surroundings are wonderfully maintained and there was never any issue with getting sunbeds at either pool. The bar at the main pool is good with snacks and drinks on tap. The bedroom was comfortable as was the lounge and balcony. The kitchen was functional and everything worked. The bathroom has good water pressure and the advantage of his and her sinks. The washing machine worked well. The view from the balcony is stunning and we spent a lot of time just sat with a drink looking out at both day and night. It is truly beautiful watching the sunrise.

  Although we were met when we arrived, there was very little in the way of explanation about anything really. She literally showed us the apartment and left. We didn’t even know how to open the security gate. 🤷‍♂️ The main issue around the stay is the bathroom. There is a reason there is no photo of the bath and shower in the listing - it is disgusting. Basically it is very old and full of mould. The shower curtain was rotten and the tiles full of black mould. It is the little attention these details which make a stay more pleasurable. There’s no excuse for this either, a bit of bleach removes the mould easily. (I did this!) The apartment was not clean. There were long dark hairs everywhere and we had to hoover and sweep them up. When I enquired whether there was a cleaning service at the midpoint of our two weeks the response was: “ You have rendered an apartment, not a hotel room!” We have had this service in many apartments before in this area. The kitchen was ok apart from the kickboard which kept falling off. The pots were filthy The central air conditioning is not adequate and does not reach the bedroom therefore the fan is absolutely necessary in the heat and humidity. It say in the folder that the owner is not responsible for any losses occurred when visiting and to lock the patio doors every time we leave. However, the patio doors do not actually lock! When o asked about this the response was: “Yes, those doors are like that.” This means of course that the owner is fully responsible for any losses!! When we arrived it was midnight and there was nothing in the fridge, not even a bottle of water. This would have been a nice touch and again, we have welcome packs all over the Costa Del Sol on arrival. All in all, the apartment smacks of someone seeking to take as much money as possible out of it whilst not really caring about the customer’s experience. The view was fantastic but not with the dirt and mould!! Needless to say we will not be back.

  Great place to stay

  Very clean and tidy. Great location. Amazing view.had a wonderful holiday. Perfect
