The location was excellent, but unfortunately, the furniture and overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. For a family, the value for money was disappointing. It is a budget accommodation, so you cannot expect luxury at this price, but by spending a little more, you can definitely find a better place in terms of cleanliness and comfort. What I find particularly unreasonable is the security deposit, which is only refunded after two weeks. Considering the price range and the limited comfort, I find this waiting period excessive. There are other apartments that do not require a security deposit and look much better overall. In short, the location is a definite plus, but in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and value for money, I would rather spend a little more on better accommodation next time.

La ubicación.
Para perdir fianza de 100€, creo que almenos deveria estar limpio. Cosa que no estaba, paredes y techos sucias, campana extractora muy sucia. El la contratación te dicen lo de los 100€ y te lo devuelven a los 14 días, pero no dicen nada de que sean 14 dias hábiles, por lo tanto mala información. Y lo devuelven cuando tu dicen que que pasa con la fianza. Muy mal por esa parte. No volvería a ir.
