Stay cancelled by the host last minute, no refund given

The host messaged me a few hours before we were due to arrive, cancelling our stay. They have not sent a refund and have ignored all of my messages since then. I had to book another property last minute as we were already en route and am still waiting for the refund days later. I have contacted customer services at booking.com.
