    Hotel could be upgrade

    Nice pool, close to beach and restaurants . Convenience shops next door. Superb views from the 6th floor balcony.

    High end decor but not good finishing. For example our bathroom door didn’t fit properly and couldn’t close. The curtains were different lengths and one hung wrong way round. Lift walls were dirty. Laundry left in hall near lift daily.

    Poor

    The only great thing about this hotel is the staff. I can't say enough good things about them. They work very hard. The sheets are spotless and the hotel is as clean as it can be. This is not a 4* hotel.

    Unfortunately, we had to leave half way through our holiday, as there was work going on every day and the drilling and banging was so loud, I couldn't even hear my phone, with headphones on, let alone have a sleep...! On top of that, everything is breaking down. The only great thing about this hotel is the staff. This is not a 4* hotel by any means, which is sad as the staff work so hard to make it such.
