    No AC in app. Not goood for hot summers. It is noot posible to close windows .

    Ottima soluzione per l'Arena e per turismo anche nei dintorni di Verona.

    Posizione comoda, facile da raggiungere in auto, in zona residenziale (in 35 minuti a piedi si arriva all'arena). Comodo per la stazione treni/autobus. Il parcheggio nella via senza problemi. Presente un armadio capiente + cassetti. Frigorifero, bollitore, forno a microonde. Letto comodo. Bagno con finestra. Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma un ventilatore a soffitto silenzioso. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

    E' vicino ad una strada piuttosto trafficata, ma durante la notte è comunque silenzioso anche con le finestre aperte.

    A wonderful place! A special thank you to the owner for the warm welcome. We arrived late at night, but they still greeted us personally, gave us a detailed tour of the house, and explained every detail. They were incredibly kind and welcoming—you could tell they genuinely wanted to help. The house has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, from dishes to bathroom essentials. Have cups for coffee and water bottle. Everything works, it's clean, and cozy. The location is a big plus: it's just a 15-minute walk to the city center, and the train station is also a quick ride away. The area is quiet, peaceful, and safe, and we slept wonderfully. We'll definitely be back!
