    Proximity to where I needed to be

    Paying for cleaning fee isn't justified. We have to take the trash out to the chute. Under the bed have some socks and dusty. There are someone's sippy cup and items spread out the unit. Shampoo and conditioners are big bottle and who knows what's really in it. Towel have pee stain looking. There are some dry wall dust on the floor. Whoever is cleaning the unit isn't doing their very best.
