    Brilliant place to choose

    This place is an excellent choice to stay at. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. The spa is very clean and the facilities were up to date. Room service was excellent as well but you can just walk across the road for breakfast, lunch or dinner at their Deck One restaurant. They give welcome coupons for multiple activities which is lovely

    A beautiful hotel, beautiful food- but expensive, friendly staff. The spa facilities are not very accessible to hotel gu

    The property is beautiful and very relaxing. Facilities are modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent. There are great bars and restaurants very close- sai ping, the good view, riverside- live music, great food and drink.

    The activities do not run as advertised. There was no sound healing classes, we were unable to access the hydrotherapy pool at the times advertised. It was closed for cleaning and another day there was influencers visiting. It was advertised that we could use the hydro pool outside the advertised times for an additional fee, the spa staff did not allow this. The sauna is under construction and so not available. Ultimately we paid a lot of money for a 5 star resort and were very disappointed.
