    The location is excellent

It was extremely tired and in drastic need of a refurb. The communication prior to visit was poor however during and after visit it was excellent The carpets are worn and dirty and the double bed bedding had a hole in it. However the bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was tired and the windowsill had lots of loose paint on it,the sink dripped constantly but we were there for a funeral so didnt even bother to report it. Lounge furniture is different to that in the photos. However it was satisfactory. The garden is basic but totally secure. There is enough room for a couple of cars, but it's a very tight driveway with numerous garden refuse bags left outside the garage. All in all we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness (especially when you pay £90 for this as part if the cost) but it was satisfactory...just.
