  Lovely private villa, Very good location you are close to coffee shops and food restaurants, yoga, nails, massages. They offer transportation if you need a lift. Wayne was very good he was very helpful and always there if I needed anything, thank you to Wayne

  The whole house was infested with ants and cockroaches; everything was dirty, and the furniture was old and filthy. The pool was incredibly dirty, and there was no maintenance or service to speak of. The bathroom smelled bad. We asked to leave immediately upon arrival and requested a full refund, but they refused; we had to contact Booking.com support, who fortunately helped us. Do not book here—the photos are misleading. Also, the location is inconvenient for reaching the villas.

  *Attitude and treatment from management was equally disappointing.*

  Unfortunately, there was nothing about the property or our experience that I particularly liked. The overall cleanliness, maintenance and guest service were well below our expectations.

  Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The property was poorly maintained and the cleanliness was well below an acceptable standard. The bathrooms were very dirty, and there were mosquitoes and other insects on the floors. Even when we requested mosquito coils, this was refused. The towels provided were also very dirty and did not appear to be properly cleaned. There were several maintenance issues throughout the property. Some lights were not working properly, one of the gas burners was not working, and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. One of the villas also had a broken TV. We reported the issue and requested that it be fixed, but this was immediately refused. The toiletries provided were also disappointing. The shampoo and shower gel did not appear to be proper hotel-quality toiletries; they appeared more like basic handwash/soap products. There was also no microwave available in any of the villas, which was inconvenient, particularly for a property accommodating families. The attitude and treatment from management was equally disappointing. The manager was extremely rude and did not make any effort to speak with us directly, instead telling us to deal with the staff. Unfortunately, the way some staff members spoke to my parents was also very disrespectful. We were rudely warned that using items from the refrigerator would result in additional charges and that staff would come and check on us. The way this was communicated made us feel as though we were being treated with suspicion rather than as paying guests. Additionally, the property staff entered our villa without taking our permission for cleaning. They came inside while we were not present, without informing us or seeking consent beforehand. As per normal hospitality practice, staff should always ask for guest permission before entering a private villa for cleaning, and this basic courtesy was not followed.
