A real outstanding accommodation
The accommodation itself was a pleasant walk away from the city centre. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and well equipped — more than enough for a few days’ stay. The bed was comfortable, with lovely-smelling fresh bed linen. I particularly liked the little tea station provided separately. Stuart is a truly attentive and warm-hearted host who was always ready to help us with anything we needed — with genuine hospitality which is so rare these days! The breakfast, personally prepared by Stuart, was absolutely delicious and generous, made with locally sourced ingredients. We loved the idea of the breakfast request card, which guests filled in to help avoid food waste. All for a good cause. Cheers!

Perfekt
Der Service war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür verfügbar. Das Frühstück war frisch und regional. Einfach Perfekt!

We enjoyed our short time at Ravenswood guest House and if down that way again will certainly book.
The location was ideal for us as we didn't have far to travel from the Guest House to the two locations we were planning to visit. Stuart met us when we arrived and was very helpful and chatty which gave us confidence that we had chosen the right place to stay. He went on to inform us about the property and showed us to our room which was spotless. We are very clean people and we have to say the accommodation certainly met our standards. After a large meal the night before I was unable to eat all the wonderful Scottish breakfast that Stuart had dished up but it certainly was a breakfast to set you up for the day.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here!
It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It’s located right by a bus stop, so it was convenient to access. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and provided opportunities to meet other guests and enjoy their holiday stories. We thoroughly enjoyed this property!
