We had such a wonderful stay at Rayelin Hotel! The hotel was lovely, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Istanbul. Everything was well maintained, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Naima, who was absolutely lovely! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and hardworking, and always made sure our rooms were spotless and comfortable. Her warm smile and genuine kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, and my brothers and I really appreciated the hospitality. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul!
There was nothing in particular we disliked! We had a very pleasant stay, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our time here!

Très bien pour Istanbul , déception pour un hôtel récent de 4 étoiles
L’emplacement idéal,l’état général de l’hôtel
La chambre était très petite pour 2 personnes, il y avait à peine 30 cm du fond du lit et du mur et 40 cm de l’autre côté entre le fond du lit et l’entrée de la salle de bain . L’armoire n’avait qu’une petite penderie et un seul placard sur le coffre fort. Dans la salle de bain il n’y avait pas de place pour poser des choses, même pas un vert à dent autour du lavabo. Au petit déjeuner le réassort se faisait au compte goutte ( pain, fromage, charcuterie, en plus la qualité et la fraîcheur de la charcuterie laissait à désirer) Suivant votre nationalité vous aviez droit à un service directement depuis la cuisine par une dame y travaillant.
