    Clean, warm and very welcoming home. Well equipped and highly recommended.

    Nice warm house with all facilities for a long or short stay. Modern and clean. Appreciated the tea, coffee and milk on arrival as well as Rob meeting us and showing us how everything worked.

    Not good time to visit Essex. Prices and conditions out of mind.

    OK apartment.

    Location not really comfortable. Impossible change date of stay or be compensated. Unreasonable to ask for complete stay (also several weeks) payment in advance and don't allow changes or refund.
