Du charme oui mais.....
L emplacement et le charme de cette maison malgré qq remarques à formuler Dans le descriptif il serait bien de préciser que l appartement est reparti sur 5 étages par un escalier central Chaque pièce est de ce fait sur des étages différents avec une certaine dangerosité pour des enfants en bas âge ou des personnes à mobilité réduite Le lavabo de la salle de bain du 1er étage ressemble plutôt à un lave main et ds cette salle de bain une odeur assez forte désagréable au quotidien.
A notre arrivée les draps de lit étaient d hygiène douteuse ( tâches et auréoles) nous en avons fait part à la propriétaire qui a tout de suite réagit et nos draps ont été changés ds la journée

Zeer compleet huis op prima locatie. Perfect voor 4.
Zeer compleet huis op prima locatie. Zowel om lopend Rabat en Mdina te verkennen als je auto te parkeren
Badkamer beneden rook naar vocht. Bad en keukenlinnen rook niet fris. Gelukkig was daar de wasmachine 🙃

Unieke woning met een fijne locatie om de omgeving te verkennen.
De uitstraling en het respect voor de geschiedenis van het pand.
Er was goede verlichting maar het was snel wat donker in het huis waardoor de lampen wel aan moesten zijn.

Location, the atmosphere, the building, all excellent.
The stairs are challenging, but at the same time it gives a nice vibe. Lack of air conditioning in some areas of the house would be helpful.

Really stunning terrace on a quiet road but close to all the sights
A stunning terraced house constructed retaining period features and adding subtle modern facilities. The owners have really put their heart into the design and it shows. Close to all the sights but on very quiet road. Plenty of cooking utensils etc in a lovely kitchen. Aircon in the bedrooms. Roof terrace has good views and is also a sun trap for topping up your tan. Response from management quick and helpful.
Nothing. We are a 76year old couple and the stairs didn’t cause us a problem. But if you have real mobility issues probably not advisable.
