  We stayed here for 9 days as a group of four, and we absolutely loved it. The house is actually much bigger than it looks in the photos. The two bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the building, which makes it very comfortable even for two couples — you can really have your own privacy, and you can’t hear anything from the other bedroom. The only thing we found a little small was the bathroom, but it was clean, well-maintained and nicely decorated. The kitchen is large and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and so are the sofas. There are so many different places to sit and relax — on the terrace, downstairs, upstairs in front of the entrance, inside in front of the TV, and on the sun loungers by the pool. Everyone can easily find their own little corner. What we loved most was the peace and quiet surrounding the house. In the evening, all you can hear is the sound of the sea. It is absolutely wonderful. Even though the four of us could sometimes be quite loud and laugh a lot, we never felt like we were disturbing anyone, because the surroundings are so peaceful and private. At the same time, the location is very convenient. Shops, restaurants and the beach are all nearby, and you really don’t need a car to get around. There is even a bus stop at the end of the street. And most importantly — the owner was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly kind and helpful and even helped us arrange taxis, which we really appreciated. He also allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, which made our travel days so much easier. As a lovely surprise, he even brought us homemade pastries and ice cream at the end of our stay. Such a thoughtful gesture! ❤️ We were genuinely delighted with our stay. Everything was perfect, and we would absolutely come back if we visit the area again. We will definitely recommend this place to others — whether you’re a couple, two couples travelling together, or a family with children. Thank you so much for everything!

  Amazing!

  Amazing villa, very clean and lovely bedrooms. Pool was massive. Yanni is an AMAZING host and gave us loads of recommendations and advice for our trip. He helped a lot and also bought us pastries as a welcome treat and ice cream during our stay. Cleaners also came during our stay. 100% recommend this villa. 10/10!! Thank you so much

  Front door to the villa locks from the outside so you can’t go in and out but it was not a major issue at all!

  A wonderful Sea House- LOVED IT!

  This Villa was a wonderful sanctuary of relaxation and great pool fun. After a big hike or big day in Chania getting to relax poolside was an exceptional time. Yanni and his crew were great the Garden was kept immaculately. The cleaning for our long stay was much appreciated. And the attention to the pool was superb. We are trying to figure out how we get to revisit Crete again soon to enjoy this beautiful Sea house.

  Nothing at all! I understand how others may see only one bathroom. But you know what you are signing up for plus there is a warm / normal showing outside that can be used to save time.

  Noch besser als erwartet.

  Super Haus, ohne mängel, genau wie auf den Bildern. Super Lage, der nächste Strand zu Fuß erreichbar und direkt an einer Bushaltestelle von der man mit dem Bus unkompliziert in 20-30 Minuten in die Stadt kommt. Der Gastgeber Yanni hat uns außerdem gute Tipps gegeben und war immer Hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sogar geholfen einen Mietwagen von einem seriösen Vermieter zu bekommen.

  Das Bad mit Klo war etwas klein, jedoch war das aufgrund einer Gartendusche mit warmen Wasser für uns kein Problem.
