    A good stay after a bad start.

    Once we, finally, connected with Raphael, he went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. He even drove us to a local restaurant for dinner the first night and picked us up afterward. Once we had his Whats App number, we were able to text him with any requests and he was very responsive.

    Getting into the property was a long and complicated story involving voice mail in Spanish (which we didn't understand), no permissions left with security at the gate and no exact address.
