Amazing stay in a beautiful peaceful haven in Valladolid Mexico
Very well furnished with wonderful attention to detail in the lovely decor . The display for Dia de Muertos was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly . The paintings and luscious plants etc were super . Great kitchen to prepare breakfasts and simple meals with a fridge , coffee maker etc

Wirklich wunderschön und zu empfehlen
Es war ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit tollem Innenhof, Gemeinschaftsbereich und Poolarea. Dadurch, dass das Hotel auch klein ist, ist es eine richtige Erholungsoase. Luis und sein Kollege waren super freundlich und wirklich zuvorkommend! Haben uns auch super Tips für die Umgebung gegen. Die Zimmer auch top und sauber. Echt zu empfehlen. Direkt neben der Cenote.

Hôtel situé à 10min à pied du centre ville. Nous avions une des plus grandes chambres avec sa terrasse privative. Elle était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. La piscine est située dans une arrière cour qui est arborée et au calme : nous avons même pu observer des iguanes. Petit plus une cuisine commune entièrement équipée et propre est disponible avec thé et café à disposition. Places de parking gratuites à deux pas de l'hôtel. Enfin mention spéciale pour le personnel à l'accueil qui est à vos petits soins et vous donne même des conseils de balades.
Petit bémol sur le bruit des coqs voisins au petit matin.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with great facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. For the price, we felt the value was excellent. What really made our stay special, though, was the service. Louis and Julio at reception were absolutely fantastic — incredibly attentive, friendly and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Louis and Julio for making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful haven to relax and unwind
The vibe was super authentic and homely, it had lovely spaces to relax and a gorgeous pool to cool off in. But mostly we appreciated the hospitality- Luis was amazing and was so kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We stayed for our one year wedding anniversary and were surprised and delighted to find our room decorated for our special day. Honestly we couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you for making our trip to Valladolid !
