Great time spent, the location allowed us to explore all of Bologna on our feet.
-Covered private parking space -Air conditioning, -Sporous space in the apartment, -A nice bathroom, -Fully equipped with appliances like dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator etc. -Friendly modern neighborhood.

Viel zu teuer! Plus Ameisen und Bett wie im Hostel
Ameisen in der Wohnung. Besonders in der Küche. Das Bett ist hart.. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Zudem quietscht das Bett bei jeder Bewegung. Der Pool ist im Gebäude gegenüber (wurde so nicht beschrieben). Momentan zudem Baustelle an der Straße direkt am Hotel. Fazit: Völlig überteuert und Vermieter ohne Einsicht!!!

Good experience
Clean apartment with good facilities and lots of storage. Restaurants, shops and bars nearby and a 15 minute walk to the start of the city center. Balcony is lovely for an evening drink
Currently roadworks outside to construct tram line which is noisy. Area can be noisy in the evenings. Apartment quite warm despite being only early 20s outside, would be very warm in the summer

Very good choice for a family with car.
If you are visiting Bologna with car this appartment is ideal for you. You can leave your car inside the courtyard. To discover the city center you can walk our use a nr 21 bus which has a bus stop just 50 meters from the appartment. Two supermarkets (eurospar and aldi ) just with 1 minutes far away so you can buy everything for your breakfast. The appertment is well-equipped however hasn't got a microwave oven vwhich is common in Italian household.
Right now in front of the building has a tram-line conscruction underway. Closest to the airport you can wacth and hear the planes but it wasn't disturing during the night. Some plates in the kitchen hasn't have a good quality.
