    Excellent location, unacceptable shower conditions!

The location was excellent, very close to the city centre, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was also spacious and comfortable.

However, the bathroom situation was absolutely unacceptable. The shower had practically ZERO water pressure, making it impossible to take a proper shower for FOUR DAYS! This is not a minor inconvenience — having a functioning shower is one of the most basic things anyone should expect when paying for accommodation. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication. I contacted the host TWICE about the water pressure problem and received absolutely NO RESPONSE. Not even an apology, an explanation, or an attempt to fix it. Being completely ignored while dealing with such a basic problem is simply unacceptable. On top of that, we were provided with only two rolls of toilet paper for three people during our stay. We also arrived late, and having at least one complimentary bottle of water would have been a thoughtful gesture. A great location means very little when guests cannot even take a proper shower and the host completely ignores their complaints. Extremely disappointing, and certainly not the level of service anyone should expect from a paid accommodation.
