  Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the listing. The apartment had serious noise issues. The door was old and had gaps all around it, meaning that we could hear almost everything from the hallway and common areas. Even worse, the water pump was located inside the bedroom. Every time we turned on the water or used the bathroom, the pump started making an extremely loud compressor-like noise. This was highly disturbing and made it difficult to enjoy any peace or quiet during our stay. The bathroom itself was also very noisy. However, the most disappointing part was the breakfast. The listing and photos give the impression that a substantial breakfast is provided. In reality, we were sent to a partner café where the so-called “breakfast” consisted of only one croissant and one espresso. This is nowhere near what most guests would reasonably understand from the way the breakfast is presented in the listing. We find it unacceptable to advertise a service in such a way and then provide something so limited without making the actual offering clear before booking. Overall, there was a significant difference between what was presented in the listing and the actual experience. The excessive noise, the condition of the apartment, and especially the misleading presentation of the breakfast significantly affected our stay and unfortunately took away from our holiday. We would not stay here again and strongly recommend that the property be more transparent about its facilities and services.

  We had a lovely stay at this B&B!

  We had a lovely stay at this B&B! The location was excellent, and Nunzia was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. The breakfast was delightful, and overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

  The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom, which would benefit from some renovation. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this B&B!

  Buenisima la recepcion de Nunzia y toda la información de la ciudad que nos brindo. Excelente ubicación y muy lindo el departamento, muy limpio y muy bonito.
