Nice location and building but a neglectful host

Host was extremely unresponsive. No info was given upon arrival about details like wifi. There were no curtains in the living room area allowing neighbours to see in. The host certainly didn’t treat us as valued guests. Simple things like prompt communication, drinking water upon arrival (we were given none at this property), and soap would have been great, or I would argue, just standard baseline services
