    Impolite treatment by host

    It’s close to a big shopping mall and many nice cafes and restaurants

    It smelled strongly like smoke. The ac is very noisy. No coffee machine, dish washer is there but don’t didn’t work, not enough cooking items and a washing machine but no detergent. The host was quite impolite and not very much willing to help. When I asked if it is is possible to provide anything to make coffee she just answered „no, sorry“. Then we asked if it’s possible to store our luggage at our last day because the flight was just going in the evening. She said she must ask when the next guest will arrive and can only let us know on the day of our check out. But when I showed her that there was no guest announced in the system of booking and that we will pay for half a day iz was suddenly possible immediately.
