Small but have what is needed.
The apartment is considered modern and new. It was very clean inside. The shower is exceptionally good when there was hot water.
The apartment sizebwas quite small total area about 300 sq ft.. The hot water supply was controlled by a timer, there was no hot water supply at 6:30 am in the morning. The WiFi was unstable and needed to monitor if the signal had returned. The electric kettle stopped working after using a few times, the owner accused us of misusing it causing the burnout. We had to compensate the loss and bought a new one from our own pocket. In fact, we have a similar kettle at home and experience of using it. Small electric appliance break down is very common, wear and tear is normal. Don't get it why we have to pay for it? Whoever rent the place has got to watch out !!!!!!
