    This was a fulfilled 60 year dream come true.

    The location was excellent for finding the places I dreamed of. We went to Killmore and found my great-grandparents' gravesite. We also went to Glens Wood to find the piece of land I received for Christmas. Traveling around and just relaxing at the house made this trip a gift. Being 87, physically challenged, and having to use a wheelchair, Red Bay Holiday Home was the best.

    I couldn't stay longer, but I had to return home. I loved the serenity and peace I found in Ireland.

    Lovely house and space amazing views but lacking in basic housekeeping which lets this property down .

    The views

    Didn’t think it was as far out of town steep hills. Communication with host not very good a few problems with hot water all of our stay which was very inconvenient downstairs all off the same system but kept going off Friday night Saturday and Monday not able to shower downstairs (4 adults ) yes electric showers upstairs but there were families up there with kids still sleeping when we needed to be out at hairdressers for a wedding on the Saturday and out on the Monday morning for ferry home. Few other bits too lack of cleaning snd checking over property bins not empty and cooking items not washed (air fryer) found toys and other items under furniture that were not ours lots of light bulbs out.
