    Not what we expected from the ratings and description on Booking.com’s website.

    Location to the Falls and Niagara State Park. Windows were operable. Breakfast included.

    Small room. Outdated. Way too expensive for what you get.

    I would love to come back where we could see pend more time at the Falls.

    The location is excellent. You can hear the river flowing all around you. Breakfast is excellent and the service exceptional. Easy access to the Niagara falls state park and the rainbow bridge which you can walk across into Canada.

    Noe enough waste receptacles in the unit.
