el departamento era muy confortable , no le encontré prácticamente inconvenientes
lamentablemente estaba ubicado al lado del spa , generando pienso que por el aire acondiciona zumbido y vibración que se hacia molesto durante la noche, nadie me dio solución.

No hot water, no compensation. Good location, good pool.
Location
We didn’t have hot water for the entire stay. We tried to contact the property manager. They lied about trying to fix it. On the follow up they blamed the hoa and took no responsibility. We haven’t been compensated yet. Also the beds were worn and not comfortable. The sofa had no cushion left.

Nice room, fully equipped, and a short walk (5 min or less) to the gondola.
The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped including spices. The microwave was out of service, but a call to maintenance provided us with a counter top replacement.
The kitchen sink faucet was loose as well as the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. The microwave was off line and appeared to have been so for quite some time. The counter top unit that I requested should have been in place shortly after the original microwave failed.

Clean, comfortable condo with a short walk to the Gondola.
Location is great for hitting the lifts, not as good for spending time in River Run (eating and shopping). Comfortable and clean room, we had plenty of space. Not one issue during our stay.
Keystone didn't have many lifts or trails open during our stay, so it was disappointing to pay the amount we did and not have the opportunity to ski like we wanted too. We ended up driving to other resorts for most of our trip.
