Great location! Great price!
The property is in an excellent, quiet location but a stones throw from a great area for food/drink and the San Marcuolo vaporetto station for easy access to the rest of Venice.
It's a bit harsh to say "didn't like" but the apartment is tired and could do with a bit of a renovation especially the kitchen and the washing machine is temperamental . That said it was clean and at a great price for what you get in terms of price and location.

Апартаменти з пліснявою та брудом
Чудове розташування у гарному районі Венеції, не шумно, близько до парому. Досить чиста постіль та рушники. Можна залишити речі після виселення у готелі, де отримуєш інструкції з поселення.
Апартаменти з пліснявою та брудні. Потребують генерального прибирання та ремонту. Дихати там дуже важко, особливо для людей з алергією та астмою це неможливо. Все дуже брудне, прибирання дуже поверхневе, купа плісняви в душі, на стінах. Стіл та посуд брудні та липкі, відмивали все власноруч, бо по заїзді на посудомийці висіло попередження, що вона зламана. Ковдри дуже занедбані, старі та мають неприємний запах. Більшість меблів зашарпані та потребують ремонту. В душові немає жодної полички, дуже незручно, всього по 2 рушники на особу. Штори всі в пилюці, не прались дуже багато років, вікна без сіток, стоїть раптор від комарів але вони все одно залітають. Після повторного прибирання, ситуація сильно не покращилась, прибрали поверхнево, але посудомийка запрацювала.
