Muy agradable y bien ubicado
La ubicación. Al ladito de una boca de metro y suficientemente cerca para ir andando a la zona turística. La dueña nos obsequió con dulces, vino de Oporto y AOVE. Es muy de agradecer el detalle. Muy bien de menaje en la cocina. Tienes todo lo que necesitas.
Solo había 5 sillas para 6 personas. El dormitorio de la planta baja se comunica con el salón y se oye todo el ruido.

Erstklassige Unterkunft Nahe der City
Tolle Raumaufteilung für 4 Personen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Portwein und Kekse zur Begrüßung 😁 super sauber und ruhig. Man kann ein paar Minuten bequem direkt vor der Tür zum Be- und Entladen parken. Ich habe ein Parkhaus 3 min entfernt angesteuert. Alles easy. Zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten beim Shopping und Markt. Bäcker, Supermarkt diverse um die Ecke. Die Gegend fand ich super angenehm.

Complessivamente bene, ma da valutare con attenzione
Appartamento accogliente e dotato di quanto necessario. Alcune mancanze nella manutenzione (aria condizionata al piano superiore non funzionante), ma complessivamente ben tenuto e preparato per l’accoglienza. Posizione molto comoda per prendere la metro per il centro.
Situato in un quartiere molto poco vivo e in una strada non molto pulita e ostruita da lavori. Molto difficile parcheggiare: garage aperti 24 ore praticamente inesistenti (con orari di apertura non compatibili con voli o spostamenti di mattina prima delle 8) e parcheggio in strada consentito solo per 2 ore. Necessario scaricare un app e rinnovare ogni 2 ore la sosta dalle 9 alle 19. Attenzione anche alla segnaletica dei parcheggi, non chiara e fuorviante. Sconsigliato per chi arriva in auto.
