    For the price it was a fair place to sleep after our concert.

    Having to pay extra for parking. Half the lights in the room did not work

    The only good thing was that it was walking distance to the venue.

    I was almost 3 hours late checking in because my room was not ready. I had to threaten to find a new hotel before they finally got me in a room. My overhead lights did not work in the room, and i had to use the lamps over my bed. The pillows were so flat they felt like i was laying on a sheet. The toilet stopped up on the first flush and it never got fixed.

    Satisfied with our stay there.

    Check in was slow process. Only one staff member doing check in while one staff member was just standing there. Line to check in was out the door and taking 15 minutes to check each guest in. At one point the parking across street was full even though we had paid to park. They did let us park beside hotel but why sell more parking passes than there are parking spots.

    My overnight stay was horrible.

    Close to the arena

    tv didnt work, front desk said they would send maintanace. Never showed up. Front desk told mehe decided to go home instead. The lobby, hallways and elevator smelled of a strong industrial cleaner so much that it burned my nose and made me nausious. So short staffed that there was a line out the door for check in. thrre was no one to be found at check out.
