    HOTEL CANCELLED MY RESERVATION BUT BOOKING.COM WHENI CALLED BOOKING.COM THEY SAID IT WAS STILL ACTIVE. FRONT DESK TOLD ME YOU CAN PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD I WAS LIKE UM NO. I HAVE A RESERVATION. WHY WILL I PAY TWICE. AFTER 45 MIN ON THE PHONE AND FRONT DESK HE GAVE US THE ROOM AFTER TALKING TO THE MANAGER BY PHONE 3 SEPERATE TIMES AND THEN SAID IT WAS ON THEM. HOW I STILL HAD TO PAY WITH BOOKIN.COM. ROOM SMELLED REALLY BAD A/C DIDNT WORK. WAS HARD TO FIND PARKING DUE TO ALL THE CITY TRUCKS AND 18 WHEELERS PARKED. OVERALL WAS A BAD EXPIERENCE.

    Everything lost 93 bucks but walked in& back out. Stank,nothing like pictures,maybe ok for truck drivers but nothing else.

    We did not stay! We immediately went back to the clerk and requested a refund. We checked in across the street at Fairfi

    The property was atrocious! The moment we walked in there was an odor. The desk clerk was nonchalant and subdued; barely giving eye contact. We finally entered both rooms and they were terrible! The smell of uncleanliness hit you at the door. The comforters were stained, pubic hairs were on the bed, and furniture was covered in stains beyond belief!
