  De apartamento MARINERO todo pero este no era nuestro apartamento nos envió el del otro apartamento que habíamos reservado sin que ellos lo supieran al nuestro no le vimos conseguimos contactar con él por WhatsApp y nos envió a este

  Del apartamento que reservamos absolutamente nada mala ubicación y nos envió un mensaje de la hora de salida sin más comonucacion de cómo entrar le enviamos un WhatsApp a su teléfono y nos mandó a otra dirección en la que no sabían nada, menos mal que aquí en Apartamento Marinero fueron muy amables y nos dejaron quedar este último Marinero un 10 en todo

  Our stay in this apartment was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, almost nothing about the experience matched the description or expectations we had when booking. One of the biggest issues was the parking situation. We were specifically told that parking would be available, so we relied on that information when making the reservation. However, when we arrived, there was no proper parking space available for us, and we were forced to leave our car parked on the street. The owner also did not provide any alternative or paid parking arrangement for us. Unfortunately, while the car was parked on the street, our car was dented, which caused us additional stress and an expense that could have potentially been avoided if the promised parking had actually been available. The apartment itself was also in very poor condition. It was not properly clean when we arrived, and the overall condition gave us the impression that the property had not been adequately prepared for new guests. Several things were either broken or only partially functional. The shower was broken, which made using the bathroom unnecessarily difficult. For an accommodation that is supposed to provide basic facilities, having a properly functioning shower should be a minimum standard. The air conditioning was another major problem. There was only a small air-conditioning unit for the entire apartment, and it was completely inadequate for cooling the whole space. It could barely lower the temperature, making the apartment uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather. Considering the size of the apartment, the cooling system was clearly insufficient. Overall, the apartment felt only partially functional, with multiple issues affecting our comfort throughout the stay. What made the experience even more frustrating was that many of these things were either not mentioned in the listing or were presented differently from the reality we encountered.

  Few broken things, issues with the toilet and shower.
