Great location on edge of Felton Parking provided So much crammed into such a small space!
A slightly larger pan in the kitchen would have made it perfect!

The house was so cozy! We flew in from Philadelphia to meet our first grandchild and the house was perfect for the five of us. Felton is a cute little town with a natural food market where we found a huge selection of mushrooms and gourds. There's a state park right down the road with a grove of giant redwood trees.

We had a great time in Felton and Gowa was an exceptional host with great recommendations!
The location to a friend’s wedding venue was perfect. We were literally 3 minutes away. For a quick stay, this little studio was perfect.
The Booking.com site review needs to be revamped to list each of the three units separately. The site leads you to believe you have a swimming pool option, which is only for one of the three sites. This was explained to us during a phone conversation with Gowa, so no issues for us. I just wouldn’t want someone to believe they have pool access when they may not. The smaller studio we stayed in should have a better price based on actual square footage and amenities. It was an unusually warm fall, so the room was hotter than we like. The unit has a brand new window unit in the kitchen, that should be moved to the actual bedroom area for more cooling for guests while sleeping.
