    location

    Cleanliness: bedding and kitchen were not very clean. Crockery needed rewashing before use e.g. mugs; knifes and forks. Bedding - blankets seemed unwashed; doona had no cover. Car spaces Paid for six adults - usually get two car spaces; only received one and had to keep getting permits for another.

    Blissful staycation

    The view was absolute bliss (as was the location)! The apartment had everything required for a comfortable stay - a well equipped kitchen, bath tub with a view, comfy lazy boys. Can’t wait to come back!

    My husband thought the bed was too firm and he usually loves firm beds.

    Great location overlooking the ocean

    The common areas are a bit tired and grubby and one of the lifts was out of order. The standard of room cleaning is shockingly bad. The first room we were given was horrible - tired and dirty old furniture and bed. Plates, cutlery and kitchen appliances were filthy. We spoke to Reception and the wonderful Marie saved the day! Moved us to another room that had recently had a refurb. It was modern, clean and totally perfect - we loved it. Thank you Marie😊

    Everything we needed for a short stay - Would happily spend more time if it wasn't premium price!!

    Gret Family size suite. Wonderful views right on the beach. Proximity to cafes, clubs and shops. Good parking.

    Went to the wrong locations as the correct 'Tower' wasn't mentioned on the forms - while there we ran into 5 other families that had the same problem - seems both Towers us the same address so GPS maps go to the wrong location. Coffee machine wasn't working and there were no instructions. Soap wasn't very nice - we had to buy shower gel - no big deal but worth mentioning.
