Loved our stay. Perfect location and very neat apartment.

Perfect location for a couple of days. Roof top with spa was the perfect add on for a relax at end of day
No lift to top floor, movement of luggage up and down only issue.

Value for money but perhaps throw the extra funds into upgrading your stay with a clean premises.
The location definitely was excellent. Quiet and overlooking the beautiful Maroochy river. Short drive to shops & facilities.
The cleanliness of the kitchen & bathrooms. We had to purchase our own cutlery and frypan, spending $100 that could have gone towards enjoying our stay. Had to re-wash all plates and glasses before using them.

Was a lovely and comfortable room enough space and was in a great location.
We stayed in apartment 11, it was styled really nice, the location is great and lovely views on the water.
Our aircon didn’t work while we were there it wasn’t an issue because we were staying in the cooler months so didn’t really need it but would be uncomfortable if it was in summer. I did report it to management so they hopefully will have resolved the issue.

No lift and as we are both in our 80s and my husband with a heart condition we were unable to carry luggage up stairs. Manager was very rude saying that he was not prepared to risk a heart attack by carrying our bags up stairs!! He did eventually redirect us to another apartment which was very nice. We didn't get to see the apartment we booked so I can't comment on it. Hard to believe that a building that size has no lift!
