  Great position and view.

  Comfortable unit in a perfect position. Great view.

  Balcony was really dirty, we had to scrub it with buckets of water before we used it. Other than that, all else was great.

  Great stay and location but noisy apartment

  Great location Very spacious clean apartment Good kitchen and laundry facilities Nice pool and spa Underground parking provided

  Very noisy inside the apartment during the day and night due to traffic noise and people on the street and nearby bars - located on level 4 Both single beds had a base and only a topper on top for a mattress No shower gel provided

  Fantastic apartment and super location.

  Location is perfect for any sports events on the beach. Parking is easy and secure

  Unfortunately not one the hotel can control but the complex across the road brings their bins out every morning at 6:15 using a ride on mower to pull them, if your not an early riser this noise could be frustrating

  Location, size of the unit.

  Here’s a polished version that keeps your message clear and fair but still honest: ⸻ The location was amazing, and the staff at RBR were fantastic — so friendly and helpful. The unit itself was great too: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were really happy with the accommodation and found RBR wonderful to deal with. However, the overall vibe of the complex felt more like a retirement village. While most of the residents were lovely, a few were quite rude and controlling, which made us feel uncomfortable at times. We were told we couldn’t have a can of drink in the pool — something I’ve never experienced before at any resort, especially travelling with three kids. It felt excessive, particularly when the same resident had her own grandchildren diving and jumping in the pool, which would usually be considered against standard pool rules. The situation left us feeling singled out and embarrassed. After paying $1,500 for three nights, we expected to feel relaxed and welcome, not as though we were being monitored or judged like school children. That said, RBR themselves were excellent to deal with, and the unit was truly beautiful.
