  posizione della casa strategica, vicino a tutto locali e spiagge, casa comoda,aria condizionata, lavatrice ,teli bagno e addirittura anche altri x il mare… non potevamo chiedere di più. Susanna sempre disponibile!!! Grazie.

  We had a fantastic stay in Alicante. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with excellent facilities including a washing machine and a large fridge, which made it perfect for our stay. Susanna was a wonderful host. Communication was excellent from the beginning, and she met us at the apartment when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. She was friendly and responsive throughout our stay whenever we needed anything, and even recommended a fabulous local restaurant that we really enjoyed. A great apartment, an excellent host and a lovely experience overall. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

  The only thing I'd put here is the shower head in the second bathroom could do with being replaced. A simple fix.

  Great Location and Host, but Needs Maintenance and Upgrades ​We had a wonderful time in Alicante! The host was extraordinarily kind and helpful, coming personally at 1:00 AM to welcome us after our flight was delayed by over two hours. We also really appreciated the safe check-in process: instead of illegally requesting scans or photos of our IDs (which is a major privacy risk), we simply entered our details manually into the system during check-in. ​What We Liked: ​Host & Service: Exceptional communication and late-night check-in support. ​Location & Extras: Prime spot in the historic center, just 300 meters from the beach. Having beach towels, a beach umbrella, a washing machine, and a dryer provided was a huge bonus.

  Areas for Improvement: ​Beds & Bedding: The mattress is very old, worn out, and unsupportive—it felt like a cheap roll stuffed with rags. The pillows are long, stiff bolsters, and the 100% polyester bedding felt hot and uncomfortable. Switching to 100% cotton bedding would make a massive difference. ​Bathroom Setup: Listed as two bathrooms, but one lacks a toilet and features a very narrow shower that leaks. It is effectively one full bathroom plus an extra sink/shower room. ​Noise: Being a corner building, it receives noise from three sides. Situated directly above large trash containers (emptied daily by garbage trucks), motorcycle parking, and a flamenco bar, it is very noisy day and night (somewhat expected in the historic center, but worth noting). ​Electrical System: The circuit breakers tripped when we ran the AC, washing machine, and dishwasher at the same time. We returned in the evening to a hot apartment, unwashed clothes, and dirty dishes. ​Starter Supplies: For 4 guests staying 9 nights, providing only 2 toilet rolls, 2 dishwasher tablets, and 1 trash bag felt stingy. Having to buy bulk packs at the store for just a few days negatively affects the user experience. ​The apartment is cozy and dated rather than premium. While ~€2,100 for 9 days is typical for peak August in the historic center, the price-to-quality ratio felt high given the sleep quality and electrical issues. At a lower price point, it would be much easier to recommend.
