El patio y la barbacoa es lo mejor del apartamento.
Las camas son pequeñas (80 cm) y son bastante incomodas porque son de muelles.El sofá cama era bastante incomodo también. Dos de las habitaciones no tienen ventana y con el ventilador pasamos calor. Solo hay un aparato de aire acondicionado en la cocina. Como es un semisotano se escucha bastante el tranvía cada vez que pasa.
