    Bad

    Location it's close to the main gate. 5 minutes from Disney world great looking

    Everything else staff was really rude. The room was dirty. Found blood on the sheets. Shower head fell off on my side when you tried to use it. That was no water pressure. There was no hot water. The hot tub was dirty and did not Work good. Beds were very uncomfortable. Mine looked like a 600 lb whale sleeping in mine before. There's a big indention

    No where near as good as previous stays

    Location, very comfortable beds

    This is our 3rd time staying here. We had constant problems with the spa, which despite reporting to reception was never resolved (intermittent heat and the jets wouldn’t come on). This time we had a 4 be townhouse as we were a larger group previously we’ve had a 2 bed house and 3 bed house. It makes no sense whatsoever to have a spa for 4 people in a 10 person villa. When the previous 2 and 3 beds had spas for 6. Also the outside space was tiny (2 chairs). Again previously had table and chairs for 6 and sun beds. The outside bar was rarely open and the inside bar/restaurant closed very early.

    Nice townhome, but don’t come in the late evening hours, as there may not be anyone to receive you

    The property itself was great. It was well laid out and easy to find granted the house numbers were all the same and the only thing different was the street that they were located on. The townhome itself was very clean and big and open which we did like given, we are a family of four and need our space.

    The staff left early the first morning that we arrived and weren’t there until 3 AM like it says on their website, so we were turned away the first night and had to find our own accommodations. Then the last night our keys to our room stopped working so we had to go back-and-forth between our townhome and the main office to get new keys and then get another time to get maintenance over to our townhome to fix the lock.
