    - de twee aparte slaapkamers op de 1e verdieping - de airconditioning in de woonkamer en slaapkamer - de meer dan volledige inventaris en keukengerei - basis kruiden zijn aanwezig, dus je hoeft niet alles te kopen - goed espresso apparaat - wasmachine - heerlijk balkon aan de rustige (doodlopende) kant van de straat, met uitzicht over water - plek voor auto in de ondergrondse parkeergarage - straat oversteken en je staat op het strand
