  Best place to stay on fall break!!!!!

  One of if not the most family friendly facilities and condo in PCB!!! We loved the heated pools in October! The perfect touch!! The condo was nice and spacious for a bigger party! Plus the communication was top notch!!

  A beautifully updated, cozy condo in an excellent location that could be exceptional with better cleaning, maintenance,

  I love the location. The condo itself was updated and majority of the furniture was comfortable.

  Overall, the condo was beautifully updated, very homey and comfortable, and the location was excellent. However, there were several cleanliness and maintenance issues that were disappointing. There was visible mold or mildew on the walls and ceiling of the master bathroom. I understand that Florida’s humid climate can contribute to this, and I have no reason to believe it was harmful, but it was certainly unsightly and something that should have been addressed. The air vent in that bathroom was also extremely dirty. One of the living room sofas was significantly worn to the point that you could actually feel the wooden support through the seating area near the back cushions. The cleaning prior to our arrival also left quite a bit to be desired. Several areas had clearly been overlooked, including behind the master bathroom sink, the oven door, and the drawer beneath the oven. It was also apparent that furniture had not been moved to clean underneath or behind it in quite some time. The biggest maintenance concern was the toilet in the main bathroom, which would randomly stop flushing. We attempted to contact both Booking.com and the property owner regarding the issue. It took the owner two days to respond, at which point we were told their handyman was overwhelmed and they were trying to arrange for someone to come out. Unfortunately, we never received any further communication or resolution. We also never heard back from Booking.com. Despite these issues, we genuinely enjoyed the condo itself. It was nicely updated, had a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, and was in a fantastic location. We would absolutely consider booking this unit again if the cleanliness and maintenance concerns were properly addressed. With more attention to upkeep, thorough cleaning between guests, and better communication when problems arise, this property has the potential to be an exceptional vacation rental.

  Overall it was adequate if you are looking for value and not perfection.

  The facility offered use of 2 swimming pools, one that was heated. Convenient beach access. The condo was large and well stocked.

  When we got there we had no hot water ( it was an easy fix but had a couple of cold showers) The floors were in need of a good cleaning, we ruined several pairs of socks. The living room furniture is very saggy and probably due to be replaced. could not find any additional blankets.

  Our stay overall was great.

  We loved the heated pool option and the pool side restaurant. It was great the property was gated with 24 hour security.

  We did not like the long lines at the elevators.
