  Beautiful surroundings and excellent service.

  The staff were very kind and helpful, even with extra requests. You could see their dedication to work. The view from the hotel grounds is truly magnificent. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We had a very restful time.

  The hotel is 45 min drive from Chitwan. It was not a problem for us, but it is good to keep it in mind.

  Een stukje paradijs op aarde!

  Wat jammer dat ik geen 11 punten kan geven want dat verdient dit prachtig resort. We hebben al veel gereisd maar dit verblijf overtreft alle vorige logies. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn kraaknet. Elke dag krijg je flessen water en vullen ze thee en koffie bij. Er zijn sterrenchefs aan het werk in de keuken want de gerechten zijn overheerlijk. En dan heb ik nog niks gezegd over de ligging, je waant je in een stukje van het paradijs. En wat een prachtig zwembad! Regenta Resort & Spa ligt op 30 km van Sauraha maar er rijden voldoende minibusjes. We zijn zo blij dat we dit resort hebben ontdekt.

  Je kan hier echt niks negatief over zeggen.

  The hotel itself is lovely, the room was amazing. Theres an outdoor pool which we didnt use as it was closed for the winter but I imagine is very nice in the summer. The staff are very nice and the manager drove us to the national park for our safari / helped us to book an onward bus which was very kind. They also packed us a breakfast as we had to leave before it opened, which was very generous in size and tasted great.

  We booked this hotel as it looked great and was good value. We were aware that the location of the hotel was outside of the main Chitwan town, however perhaps naively, we thought we could just get a taxi / tuktuk to the main town to book a safari / set off on the safari easily. However we found it difficult to do this, and in the end had to book through the hotel for both the safari and the taxi to / from the town, which was more expensive than we had planned for. Perhaps it would be better to pre-book the safari with a hotel collection or rent a scooter first. Obviously this is not to do with the hotel itself, more of a watch out in case anyone else is in a similar position.
