    Dishonest advertising

    We did not stat, we arrived but cancelled as the property is not as advertised.

    The property photos and description advertise outside rooftop Loung area. This is permanentlyclosed and no other option. I complained and said that was why we booked. This is false advertising I said they need to change this on the sights. We left and were offered free cancellation. It concerns me that properties advertise false information to attract bookings. I waited to do a review to see if they changed their advertising for this hotel but they haven’t, hence why I am posting this. Management need to be honest !,,,

    We really loved the staff, they were so gentle. The room was super tidy and clean. We felt very welcomed. The location is perfect. You are in Siracusa however in 5 Min you are in Ortigia. But also Siracusa is perfect for a passeggiata.
