    Traditional Japan with a modern flare

    Reikyo Garden provided us with a spacious, clean and traditional stay with a modern flare. We stayed in the supreme king apartment which provided ample space, kitchenette, large bathroom and a bonus, we were right near the onsite laundry facilities. Though the area is not central, it provided an incredible array of local and cheap eats, bars and stores and was only a short walk away from Hanazonocho station, a great way to see the busy city of Osaka and explore some of the quieter suburb and prefectures.

    - No lifts at the property, totally fine, it was just we had large suitcases that we didn't plan for! - Cleaning services, extra towels, required extra fees

    Everything. Communication was great. Told I could check in early as room was finished. Any questions I had were answered. Place was on 3 levels so very spacious, Good little local Vietnamese restaurants close by. Very flexible with things. We were able to walk to tourist part of town but far enough away to not have to deal with that. House itself felt like home away from home! Few tvs which was nice. Bathroom was large.

    Clean modern apartment, but some of our party thought the listing was inaccurate

    Clean, simple, modern apartment. Plenty of toilets. Enjoyed the rooftop space very much. Multiple metro stations nearby with good connections for day trips.

    With futon in the living space, meant that that space was difficult to use during the daytime for chilling out. Shower as an ensuite made it tricky for guests staying on the futons to use the shower. However this was noted on the photos of the apartment and the floorplan provided.
