  A superb stay

  The apartment is located in an excellent location very close to the beach and many different facilities. There is a bus stop approximately 100m away from property and the bus takes you to Funchal. We were very impressed to get an email in the middle of our stay about linen change. It has access to a washing machine (they even provide washing pods), an oven and many different regular house accessories. The cleanliness was very good and there is a car park space specially designated to the apartment. We also had an option given by management to book airport transfer and it helped us a lot.

  The address provided on the website is from the other side of the building from the garage gate side. I had to carry all the luggage at 1am uphill just because the entrance was on the other side.

  -It has everything you need in a kitchen (dishwasher, laundry machine, fridge, freezer, oven and stove) -It was clean when we came -The parking is underground which keeps the car cool in summer -There is a little Spar right next to the building and a good Indian restaurant. Plus Peters poncha for ponchas (both we can recommend)

  -The check in was quite exhausting and slow. We were at the apartment and still didn't have the code for the key box. Somebody was supposed to come but then we had a call over whatsapp. All of that took like good 20 min. -The building is very confusing. You go in there on the 4th floor, the apartment is on the 2.To go out front (seaside) you need a key but that key almost never worked for us so we had to go around the building or down through the garage but that key was of course in the car cause it opens up the gate... 😮‍💨 -The neighbors on the first floor are pretty....let's say... negative and grumpy. One time one of our towels fell onto his terrace and he was super mad and yelled at us. -The view from the balcony is not that great, mostly you are sitting in front of the other building with views left and right of it. -
