Cadre toujours tres agreable mais attention au service
le cadre toujours tres agréable et le confort mais..
nous avions découvert l’établissement en 2017 et avions aimé. on y est donc retourné (7 au 9 aout) et la qualité a hélas baissé ( avec le changement de propriétaire?): le restaurant est moins gastronomique avec un personnel devenu inégal ( jeune homme qui s’ennuie dans son travail…) mais surtout le service dans l’ensemble n’est plus au rendez vous, notamment l’accueil au SPA n’est pas respectueux, ce qui est choquant pour le standing de l’endroit. Ou alors ils ne sont pas très a l’aise avec la clientèle internationale…La réception sauve un peu. Peut être alors des problèmes de recrutement ?! Pas sur qu’on revienne.
