    Absolutely superb in every way but nothing beats their Apple strudel !!!!! The very best

    Everything was exceptional but most importantly the staff were incredible ! Friendly welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us absolutely loved everything

    A nice hotel but should be better

    The hotel setting is attractive with a pretty pool area. The breakfast was superb. The (family) room was a good size

    The hotel is old so had no air conditioning - but the fans in the rooms were completely inadequate and not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel (it was a hot night, but that’s hardly unusual these days). The room also hasn’t been cleaned properly (cobwebs on the lampshades and a mouldy half-drunk bottle of something that had clearly sat in a cupboard for weeks). In a family room, the choice of complimentary drinks, while a nice thought, was also odd (beer, wine and Coke - none of which I particularly want to give to the kids). Overall, a nice hotel, but standards not what I would expect of a 5-star. Also worth noting, the pool area and the hotel as a whole is relatively formal - probably better suited to couples rather than families.
