  Sorry to say it, but it’s a smelly basement :(

  Very attentive owners. I am sure that if I ever needed anything (which I didn’t), they would be there to help. I used the airport “shuttle” they offer and was driven by very nice young Italian couple, had a great chat, they stopped by an ATM with me and introduced me to the apartment. The bed is very comfortable and especially the pillows!

  So this is the first really negative review I had to write in many years here on booking. When I found this place, in the pictures I saw a spacious sunny apartment, with 9,4 ratings. Everyone loved this apartment, what could go wrong? But when I arrived, I was introduced to a basement room, spacious indeed, but basically no natural light. The only window has bars and looks straight into a hole. Naturally as a basement, it smells, mostly like the sewer. To kill the smell, the flat is full of incense, which also smells terrible. It’s everywhere, but I understand why. Most people would probably leave right a way with the smell of sewage, right? The smell is worst in the bathroom. Another thing is the noise. Not only can you hear a lot of noise from the street, on the weekend all night, but you hear everything from the neighbors. Everything. All they are saying, you hear them showering, flushing… you can tell the owners tried to make this into a nice place and they are very attentive too, but a basement is a basement. It could do for one night, I stayed for 4 and it was basically unbearable. I tried to be out as much as possible :(… oh! And there is no phone signal inside the flat! You get a WiFi, but nobody can reach you otherwise. Plus the “free breakfast” is a joke. Some cheap croissants, crackers and tea? I am sure most people leave it untouched. Judging from the previous negative reviews, I imagine I will get some not so nice reaction from the owners, but trust me. What I’m saying is honest. Pictures attached. Pick another place with some sunlight, plenty of them for this price 🤦‍♀️

  Recomendable y seguro q volveremos otra vez.

  El piso por fuera no aparenta para nada como es por dentro. Estaba muy nuevo todo y súper limpio. Y Manuella era muy buena anfitriona siempre pendiente de que no nos faltará de nada. Es 100% recomendable y volveremos seguro.

  Great choice for visiting Napoli, subway nearby and cool neighborhood

  Great location, not too touristic but still many restaurants, bars nearby. The appartement is well equipped, comfortable and clean!

  The neighborhood is a bit noisy during the night (scooters, people talking in the street, etc)

  Super logement pour rayonner à Naples

  Super hébergement bien localisé, et très confortable !

  Emmanuella nous a beaucoup aidé et a été très arrangeante.
