    Wonderful stay, would come back!

They made a huge effort to let us in early as we arrived around 8am. Our room was ready at 11am! Great hotel, would come back. Very clean and wonderful front desk. They also arranged airport pickup which was perfect.

The check in experience was very professional and friendly!

Sometimes there was a muddy smell in the bathroom.

The location was great for sightseeing, restaurants, nightlife. Very quiet and safe at night, loved it! Also close to Termini train station. Wonderful staff, especially Patricia who was a wonderful person and professional, grazie mille!

Shower stall was much smaller than the ones pictured in the website, but was not a big deal for a 6’3” tall man.
