Disappointed will never return again and I do not recommend this property. Communication with agent or landlord was very
Only location
Pictures told a lie because this property is very unhygienic, especially in the shower room. The shower had hairs from previous people who stayed, where is dirt and mould In the shower room. Also, insects are crawling on the floor. Mirror was dirty and black curly hairs near sink. Room service came around daily but it seems like they only made the bed with the sheets that was already there and did not replace them but nothing else was cleaned this includes floors.

L host non era disponibile al momento del check-in. Siamo arrivati senza sapere il numero di chiavi che dovevamo prendere per la stanza. Nonostante le ripetute chiamate, nessuno ci ha risposto, fortunatamente abbiamo incontrato un gentile signore (signor G) che ci ha aiutato ad entrare in camera. La camera era molto sporca, non all’altezza del prezzo che avevamo pagato durante il check out abbiamo di nuovo ripetutamente chiamato Lost per informazioni sul deposito bagaglio ma non ci ha mai risposto.(Quando il signor G ha chiamato L host al telefono, col vivavoce, si è sentito l’offesa che l’host ha riservato per noi, senza sapere che essendo in vivavoce il telefono del signor G, abbiamo sentito tutto) Mai piu.

מקום ייחודי עם אוירה של איטליה העתיקה
הייחוד של המקום, הקרבה לכל מקום וגם המיקום הנפלא ברובע היהודי והאווירה. בעל בית המלון היה מקסים ועזר בכל דבר, גם המליץ וגם גרם לשהיייה להיות נפלאה.
לא היה דבר שלא אהבתי.
