Amazing room!
The location was amazing, very close to the metro station. The room was beautiful and a lovely surprise considering the very affordable price point. There was air conditioning which was great and the bathroom was very clean and very big.
Air conditioning could’ve been better, but we did visit at a very very hot period, this was the only issue.

The lack of communication and complete disregard for guests is unacceptable. A clean room and hot water are basic expect

Very good experience , I would recommend it!
Μου άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία γιατί είναι και κεντρική αλλά και κοντά σε στάσεις αστικών λεωφορείων αλλά και στο Roma Termini, που είναι σημαντικό για την μεταφορά από/προς το αεροδρόμιο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο κ ευρύχωρο . Η καθαρίστρια καθαριζε καθημερινά κ έκανε πολύ καλή δουλειά. Οι πετσέτες ανανεώνονταν καθημερινά. Ο ανελκυστήρας λειτουργούσε κανονικά απλά ήταν πολύ παλιός. Το ψυγείο ήταν πολύ μικρούλι αλλά για εμάς δεν ήταν πρόβλημα αυτό.
Η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε σωστά και δεν υπήρχε ιδιαίτερη ιδιωτικότητα λόγω του ότι είναι απλά ένα θωλό τζαμί. Το WiFi δεν λειτουργούσε ή έστω εμείς δεν μπορέσαμε να συνδεθούμε , το ανέφερα αλλά κάποια σχετική απάντηση δεν έλαβα. Οι απαντήσεις από την online reception ήταν περίπου μετά από 1-2 ώρες από τοτε που έστελνα το μήνυμα. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε ηχομόνωση .
